A.U.R.A. Process: Shifting Your Vibrational Identity

The A.U.R.A. Process—Awareness, Unplug, Replace, Activate—is a powerful process that empowers you to:

  1. First become aware of aspects of your identity that no longer serve you.
  2. Unplug from those thoughts.
  3. Replace them with constructive thoughts that are in harmony with who you truly are, and:
  4. Run your new, chosen truths through activate cycles until these truths become part of your identity!

The Four Steps of the A.U.R.A. Process

Let’s stop avoiding our struggles and instead allow ourselves to acknowledge them fully. Think of this as a venting session where you release resistance by putting your feelings on paper—no need to hold back.

This is only to be used if you feel so overwhelmed by contrast on a subject that you feel like you don’t have access to clarity around it. Remember, you only have access to thought that’s in vibrational proximity to the thought that is currently dominating your mind!

Step 1: Awareness (Recognizing the Vibration)

The first step is becoming aware of your current vibration. Our emotions serve as an emotional guidance system, letting us know whether our current focus is aligned with our infinite consciousness or if we are out of alignment by holding a different perspective than Source.

  • Think of this as realizing you’re driving in the wrong direction. The emotion you’re feeling is like a road sign saying “Wrong Way!”
  • Take note of emotions that feel below the green line (such as frustration, doubt, or anxiety).
  • Instead of analyzing why you feel this way, simply acknowledge that it doesn’t feel good.
  • Ask yourself: Do I want to keep feeling this way tomorrow? Next week? Next month? If the answer is no, it’s time to shift.

Step 2: Unplug (Disengaging the Old Vibration)

Once you become aware of a vibration that doesn’t serve you, it’s time to unplug from it. This means stopping the cycle of thought that is reinforcing the unwanted vibration when it arises.

  • Just like driving down the wrong road, you can’t turn around at full speed. You must first take your foot off the gas and slow down.
  • Remind yourself: I am not my thoughts. I am not my emotions. I am the one observing them.
  • Disengage from the habitual thoughts by removing focus and energy from them. Give yourself space and grace to shift.

Step 3: Replace (Choosing a New Direction)

Now that you’ve slowed down, you have the opportunity to replace the old vibration with something more empowering.

  • Imagine pulling over at a rest stop, looking at your GPS, and choosing a new, intentional route.
  • Ask yourself: “What would be the absolute best-case scenario on this subject?”
  • Engage your imagination to create a new thought structure—one that aligns with the vibration you desire.
  • Visualize possibilities and start to entertain thoughts that bring relief and hopefulness.

Step 4: Activate (Reinforcing the New Vibration)

Creating a new vibrational home requires consistent activation. Your old thought patters are going to continue to be active because they already have vibrational momentum around them. Your work here is to reinforce your new, chosen thought patterns when your old ones surface until the new thought patterns completely replace the old!

  • Think of this process like Maps on your phone- the more you go to a specific location, the more it pops up as an easy to navigate to, most visited location (like your home).
  • By repeating the A.U.R.A. Process, you are programming a new “emotional home” into your inner GPS – a new place that is essentially on auto-pilot.
    Your new vibration will gain momentum the more you engage with it.
  • Use activation cycles (holding a new thought for at least 68 seconds) to solidify the new vibrational signature.
    Commit to feeding the new vibration by continuing to focus on it regularly, replacing old default programming with conscious programming.

Putting A.U.R.A. Into Practice

This process is not about never experiencing negative emotions; rather, it’s about recognizing them as guidance and using them to make empowered shifts. By practicing the A.U.R.A. Process regularly, you train yourself to stay above the green line more often and consciously create a vibrational home that serves you.

Whenever you find yourself in an emotional state that doesn’t serve you, simply return to the four steps:

  1. Awareness – Identify the misaligned emotion or thought (realizing you’re driving the wrong way).

  2. Unplug – Disengage and remove focus from it (take your foot off the gas).

  3. Replace – Shift your focus to a higher vibration (recalculate your route).

  4. Activate – Reinforce the new thought pattern through repetition (set your new emotional home in the GPS).

As you continuously apply the A.U.R.A. Process, you’ll find that emotional mastery becomes second nature, and life begins to respond to your new vibrational signature in powerful and exciting ways.
