The Rampage of Appreciation process can be done anywhere, anytime. We love to do this process while on walks, sitting outside, standing in line, driving, taking a shower, or any other activity where the mind is idle.
It all starts with a simple thought about something that pleases you. This can be something from your immediate environment or something else you’re feeling positive emotion towards – a thought that feels good when you think it. Once you find something to focus on and you begin thinking of the positive aspects of that thing, more like thoughts will come. You are building “momentum” with your focused, positive thoughts and are soon on a Rampage of Appreciation, aware of many pleasing things in your life and enjoying the feeling of your high vibe.

Think About Something That Pleases You
It all starts with a simple thought about something that pleases you. This can be something from your immediate environment or something else you’re feeling positive emotion towards – a thought that feels good when you think it.

Think About the Positive Aspects Of It
Try to focus on the object as you think about how wonderful, beautiful, or useful it is.

Watch As Your Happy Thoughts Build Momentum
Once you find something to focus on and you begin thinking of the positive aspects of that thing, more like thoughts will come. You are building “momentum” with your focused, positive thoughts and are soon on a Rampage of Appreciation, aware of many pleasing things in your life and enjoying the feeling of your high vibe.
