Focus Wheel Process
The Focus Wheel Process was created by Abraham-Hicks and can be found in their Ask And It Is Given book. Abraham recommends this process when your Emotional Set-Point is ranging between (8) Boredom and (17) Anger on the Emotional Guidance Scale. The recommended time to complete one is 15-20 minutes.
A Focus Wheel is designed to gently guide your vibration into vibrational proximity with an idea you desire to achieve harmony with. This process is designed like a clock, with an idea you want to achieve harmony with in the center of the “clock” and thoughts that support and gain vibrational momentum with it as you go around the “clock”. Read below for instructions and printable Focus Wheels.
How a Focus Wheel Works

Start in the Center Circle
It begins by writing a statement in the center circle of what you want to be in harmony with.

Work Your Way Around the Circle
From there, begin in the number one spot writing any thought or idea that comes to mind that you already believe / are resistance-free around that are in support of the statement in the center circle being true. (You will know if it is a resistance-free thought by the way it makes you feel.)
As you move forward with unresisted thought around the center of the circle, you will begin to build vibrational momentum around supporting ideas that you do not have resistance around. These thoughts and ideas are attractive in nature and will begin to stimulate other thoughts and ideas of matching vibration. Generally, you’ll be spending 10-30 seconds in each thought or idea. Law of Attraction is your friend in this exercise – 17 seconds is the magic number of focused thought attracting similar thought of like vibration. Ultimately, as supporting ideas fill each space around the circle, you will find yourself naturally harmonizing with thoughts and ideas that are in alignment with the original statement in the center of the circle.

Read Back Your Finished Focus Wheel
By the end of the exercise, you should have an established list of thoughts and ideas that are in harmony, with the last few being the most direct toward the actualization of the original statement. You should feel aligned energy with your original idea you started with in the center circle. Because you focused for a period of time on thoughts that are in alignment, your point of attraction changes!
Focus Wheels for Print
We have included two different versions of the Focus Wheel Process below, one landscape (for those who like to write more in each blank) and one portrait style (for a more clock-like visual). Enjoy! Don’t worry if you do not have access to a printer. We have done plenty of Focus Wheels where we just draw circles on a piece of paper. Do whatever works best for you!
